How Long Do I Have to Return Items?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Got your order but realized it’s not what you wanted? No problem—just send it back to us on time, and we’ll take care of the rest!

What Condition Do Items Need to Be in?

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the items you’re sending back are:

• Unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when they arrived.

• Still in their original packaging (or sealed in the original bag if there’s a quality issue).

We promise to handle your return as quickly as possible if these conditions are met!

What’s the Refund Process?

Here’s how it works in three simple steps:

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you that it arrived safely.

• We’ll also update you on whether your return is approved based on its condition.

• If it’s approved, we’ll start processing your refund to the original payment method right away!

Heads up! Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take a few extra days for the credit to show up in your account (but we’ll do our part FAST).
